What distinguishes our nation is its richness in heritage and its epistemological achievement that was embodied in thousands of scientific scripts in the various types of knowledge.Our unique scholars' efforts should be investigated by us as they spent long years to produce precious scientific fruits about generations manifested with human knowledge in all the domains of sciences. Amongst the important channels in which scientific energies can be invested is the researches of higher studies students at Universities and therefore, the professors of the relevant specializations should direct their students to make efforts in terms of commentary on the works of the scholars especially in the specialization of Arabic language and its sciences as a field of specialization of Arabic language scholars.The current research represents a statement of the life of one of the grammar in Egypt; Mohammed Ibn Jamal AlDeen Abdullah AlKharashi AlMaliki who died in (1101 A.H.) and one of his most important grammatical researches, which is his commentary on the book (Musil AlTullab Ela Qawa'id AlE'raab) by Khalid AlAzhari (died in 905 A.H.). That commentary was his most important works in grammar and its importance lies in that it explained certain grammatical problems in the book (Musil AlTullab), which, essentially, tackles the most important sources of the Arabic language grammar and manifested by the interpretation of the rules of syntax by Ibn Hisham AlAnsari (died in 761 A.H.). in the current research, the researcher discussed the aspects of AlKharashi's life and his commentary on the book (Musil AlTullab) in terms of the methodology of researching and the references.
