The Journal of Adab Al-Rafidayn (RADAB) publishes content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits users to copy the article; create extracts, abstracts, and new works derived from the article; and to alter or revise the article, including the reuse and/or resale of the article, provided that the following conditions are met:

• Attribution and Linking: Appropriate credit must be given to the original authors and source, including a link to the formal publication via the relevant DOI.
• License Notice: A link to the CC BY 4.0 license must be provided.
• Indication of Changes: Any modifications made to the original material must be clearly indicated.
• No Endorsement: The licensor must not be represented as endorsing the reuse of the work.

     Authors retain the copyright to their published work on the RADAB website. At the same time, the Journal of Adab Al-Rafidayn (RADAB) is responsible for ensuring appropriate recognition of citations to authors’ works. Because articles are released under CC BY 4.0, they may be used, distributed, and reproduced in any medium without restriction, provided the original work is properly cited.
