Abstract

Corruption at this current stage is the most prominent manifestation that invades all state institutions, especially the strategic and vital ones. It is not possible to guarantee and maintain public rights and freedoms in light of the spread of corruption in government institutions. Corruption, whether political, economic or social, directly affects the general rights and freedoms of citizens and restricts and impedes them. Despite calls for combating and limiting corruption, with the passage of time, instead of curtailing and eliminating it, it increases in immunity and strength. In light of the widespread system of corruption in the joints of countries, which impedes public rights and freedoms in the countries in which it is spread.Keywords: corruption, rights, public freedoms, accountability, transparency.
