These activities are an essential source of motivation for students to demonstrate their linguistic and communicative abilities. In our research, we will mention and present the most important of these traditional and modern activities (including electronic and online games) that can be applied and practiced in the( French as a foreign language) classroom. We will also identify most of the obstacles that the teacher faces when applying them in the classroom, then mention their importance in activating the student's role in the classroom and the language skills that he acquires thanks to it.
