Abstract

Language in the familiar, as Ibn Jani says: (Voices expressed by people to realize their amis ). Definition refers to language as sounds and a social phenomenon and to its communicative expressive function. Ibn Khaldun looked at it as the phrase the speaker about his intention , and mentioned that that phrase is a verbal tongue, so it must become an established ability in its active member, which is the tongue, and from this our attention uses the Holy Quran (the Arabic tongue) as a term referring to the Arabic language.
