The present study deals with the rhetorical and critical terms, for the importance of a term in the use of many sciences and the knowledges. The term has helped in the stability of these many sciences and knowledges. Concerning this study , it tackled (critical and rhetorical) sides which are mentioned (explaining the book of (Abi tamam) for the preacher (AL-tabrezi) died in (502 A.D.) for the importance of Abi-tamam poetry in the Arabic literature and for its role with the researchers and the critics and the people who seek knowledge added to this, the poetry of Abi-tamam had contained the colors of the profiencey and clearance which are considered one of the sciences (the science of rhetorical) . The base of this thesis was based on mentioning the term linguistically . then defining it terminologically and getting this term back to Tabrezi in order to state its situation concerning these terms.
