Fate and destiny between acceptance and rejection in Andalusian poetry
Abstract
Speech is a set of words and structures that the poet formulates to express what is going on in his mind and to express his opinion towards things, whether accepting or rejecting them. In Andalusian poetry, we find that the Andalusian poet was completely satisfied with fate and destiny, as acceptance of it is legally correct and there is no doubt about it, and it is one of the requirements of faith. Therefore, we find that there is a group of poets who were subjected to fate and destiny and its nature, and accepted it and were satisfied with it, and the consequence of their acceptance of it was comfort for them. Despite the general view of the issue of fate and destiny being a conciliatory issue, not a confrontational one, given that most of the poets of Andalusia are Muslims, there are poets who objected and were angry with fate and destiny because it contradicted their hopes and aspirations. Between this and that, our research presented these visions and aspirations of the two groups, between those who accepted it and those who rejected it.
