Appeals and Complaints Policy
The following procedure applies to appeals against editorial decisions, as well as complaints concerning process failures—such as excessive delays in handling manuscripts—and issues related to publication ethics.
In the first instance, the complaint should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief(s) responsible for the journal and/or the handling editor who managed the manuscript. If the complaint concerns either of these individuals, the matter should be directed to the designated in-house publishing contact (please refer to the “Contacts” page on the journal’s homepage).
