Abstract

This research deals with the partial purpose of the legislation of fasting according to Imam Al-Kamal Ibn Al-Hammam, and I followed the inductive and analytical approach, and it was divided into an introduction and two sections. The first section: - Defining the vocabulary of the title, and it includes four demands,As for the second section: the partial objectives of legislating fasting, it included two demands. These issues were studied and arranged in four stages, documenting Ibn al-Hammams words, then studying the issue, and finally concluding with a brief summary of the issue. Then I ended the research with a conclusion, which included the most important results that I reached, and then I mentioned The most important sources and references that I relied on in this research.
