The duties and powers of ministers in the last Abbasid period (512-656 A.H. / 1118-1258 A.D.)
Abstract
The second rank of the administrative system has played a major role in the political scene, and here we had to highlight the role and functions of the ministers and their role in changing the course of events in these during the period of last Abbasid Caliphates era, through the tasks and powers conferred on them and the visible fingerprints left by to ministers in the conduct and orientation of events on a continuous and serious basis, the ministers had powers at the political level that were of varying degree of importance. It would have given a distinctive character to the period of the research. These powers and functions have addressed multiple political, military, administrative and financial aspects, as well as their role in the advancement of the scientific and literary movement and the accused in reviving the economic situation, this research has confirmed these tasks and focused on them as a part of the political role, the research has relied on a number of relevant sources and references
