The Art of Intertwining in The Verses of Al-Hajjaj in Surah Al-An'am – A Rhetorical Study

The Art of Intertwining is one of the important arts of rhetoric from the Science of Rhetoric’, and it has been called by many names, including synthetic or contrastive deletion, as it is when two opposite speeches meet. This research was conducted to reveal the Art of Intertwining in the verses of Al-Hajjaj in Surat Al-An’am. A number of examples were on the topic of Al-Hajjaj were considered  because Al- Hajjaj is based on opposites, and attention. The methodology of the research was based on the rhetorical analysis of the verses of the pilgrims to reveal the art of engagement and its rhetoric, and then the other arts of rhetoric surrounding it.
