Abstract
(4) proteins bands with molecular weight 22, 24, 43, 66 KDa approximately. Detection of free fatty acids of Yersinia enteriocoltica by thin layer chromatograph (TLC) was performed and the results showed the presence of two types of fatty acids, Oleic acid and Palmatic acid.
