The Nature of the Human Right to Health

Abstract
Abstract The right to health is one of the fundamental human rights as it is essential for the continuity of human life . The human right to health includes protecting citizen physical and mental health. This paper examines the nature of this right focusing on the ethical aspect of the right. It concludes that the right to health is associated with the concept of public health and the latter is a field undergoing dynamic change.
