الملخص

تقوم فکرة البحث على زج الضحایا واشراکهم مع النظام فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة وخلق فکرة جدیدة فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة تقوم على اساس الرضا والقبول بالعدالة المقدمة من النظام من خلال اشتراکهم مع النظام فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة. هذا الاشتراک والتفاعل مع النظام فی الإجراءات الجنائیة المتخذة من قبل النظام تجعل الضحایا یشعرون بالقبول والرضا بهذه الإجراءات ولیس الاذعان لما یقرره النظام. بهذا حاول الباحث ایجاد معاییر لتحقیق التفاعل والاشتراک مع النظام فی تحقیق العدالة الجنائیة، کما حاول تطبیق هذه المعاییر على عینة مختارة من ضحایا الارهاب فی الموصل من مختلف الادیان والقومیات والمستوى العلمی ومستوى الدخل والجنس. وقد توصل الباحث الى نتائج مهمة من شأنها ان تغیر نظام العدالة الجنائیة من الامر والتنفیذ الى الرضا والتفاعل والقبول من خلال اشتراکهم فی تحقیق هذه العدالة. وقد قدم الباحث جملة من التوصیات تساعد فی تطبیق هذا النظام الجدید من العدالة الجنائیة.
