أسس تقنیات الفنتک

الملخص
فی ظل التطور المشهود فی مجال التکنولوجیا شاع تداول مصطلح الفنتک کثیراً فی الآونة الأخیرة بعدما أصبحت أغلب دول العالم تستعین بتقنیاتها لتقدیم خدماتها المالیة، إذ لم تعد الوسائل التقلیدیة واجراءاتها البیروقراطیة والمعقدة تسد حاجات الأفراد المتطورة والمتجددة فی ظل هذا التطور الرقمی المشهود، ونتیجة لذلک کان لابدّ علینا أن نتناول الأسس الثلاث لهذه التقنیة لنکون على معرفة تامة بأصولها التاریخیة وکیف کانت فی الماضی وکیف هی فی الوقت الحاضر لنعرف مدى تناغمها مع فلسفة وأیدیولوجیات الدول المختلفة ومع المذاهب الثلاث السائدة( المذهب الاشتراکی والمذهب الفدرالی والمذهب الإسلامی)، ومن ثم البحث عن أساسها القانونی فی ظل المنظومة التشریعیة فی العراق.
