طبیعة حق الانسان فی الصحة

الملخص
المستخلص یعتبر حق الانسان فی الصحة من الحقوق الأساسیة والجوهریة فی اطار حقوق الانسان فهو ضروری لاستمرار حیاة الانسان وتناولت الشرعة الدولیة لحقوق الانسان هذا الحق یرتبط هذا الحق بسلامة الإنسان جسدیا وعقلیا. لذا تبحث هذه الورقة فی طبیعة هذا الحق مع الترکیز على طبیعة هذا الحق ذو الطبیعة المزدوجة فهو یتضمن عدد من الحریات والحقوق الخاصة یتمتع بها الفرد والمجتمع وهو حق طبیعی نجد مصدره فی النظرة الاخلاقیة للطبیعة البشریة. ویخلص البحث إلى أن الحق فی الصحة مرتبط بمفهوم الصحة العامة وهذا الأخیر مجال بتغیر دینامیکی مستمر.
