Patience is one of the moral features that Islam encourages. To help a person face the adversities and hardships that befall him in this world, as well as helping him to bear them and be proud of them, and accordingly this research studies the topic (manifestations of patience in the poetry of Deek Al-Jin Al-Homsi), and he is one of the poets of the Abbasid era, who did not receive abundant study compared to other poets of his era This is due to his lack of closeness to the caliphs and the ruling class and their praise, and this is what prompted us to study his poetry, and the collected material required dividing the research into two sections. The self-manifestations of patience, represented by patience with the calamity of death, separation of the beloved and longing for her. The research relied on the analytical approach to analyze the poetic verses.
