Abstract

Although what a new system learns cannot be compared to the mother tongue at all levels, each language has special rules and foundations that distinguish it from other languages and this applies to the French language, as it is a language that cannot be compared to Arabic because it is a language that does not belong to the language family from which the language was born Arabic, however, applied linguistics focuses in one of its curricula on taking into account the aspects of agreement and difference in learning languages while not belonging to one origin.
