Abstract

The aim of the study is to measure the e-learning skills for the performance of faculty members at the Institute of Fine Arts (Boys and Girls) in the Nineveh Governorate Center. The researcher used a questionnaire to measure the e-learning skills of the National Center

A stratified sample of 60 members of the teaching staff at the Institute of Fine Arts in Nineveh was chosen randomly Then , the questionnairewhich adopted the triple gradient scale. was distributed One of the results of the study is that the faculty members at the Institute of Fine Arts possess e-learning skills at a good level, and that there are no differences in e-learning skills according to the change of gender and educational qualifications.
