Abstract

Central Asia is a vital region in the field of economy and energy, and at the same time it is considered a conflict zone between the great powers, especially after the independence of its countries after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, as countries quickly tried to build relations with these countries and make a foothold in them. Among these countries is Turkey, which is considered the first country to recognize the independence of all the Central Asian countries, and quickly tried to develop its relations with them. These relations have gone through crises and difficulties, but they continue to the present time, Therefore, this research came to reveal the latest developments in the field of geo-economic relations between Turkey and the Central Asian countries from 2011 to 2023. The results showed that there are commercial, cultural and political relations linking Turkey and the Central Asian countries in general, In addition, Turkish nationality or Turkish origins constitute the vast majority of the components of the Central Asian countries, and these relations have developed recently, and this was clearly evident through the commercial developments between Turkey and the Central Asian countries during the year 2011-2023, which is the study period.
