Presenting the object to the subject in Hamziyah Al-Busiri (d. 696AH), a grammatical-semantic study

 The reader of the Hamziyyah verses, known as Umm Al-Qura, by Al-Busiri (may Allah have mercy on him) will notice the use of inversion and rearrangement within its structures, with considerable variation. In this study, we have focused specifically on the fronting of the object before the subject. We found that this syntactic shift adds rhetorical elegance, granting the verses a unique beauty and charm. The study aims to identify instances of object fronting in the poem. Our choice of this particular poem was motivated by the fact that it has received little scholarly attention, prompting us to select and analyze specific examples from it
