آثار عقد البحث والتطویر التکنولوجی -دراسة مقارنة-

الملخص
أن البحث فی آثار عقد البحث والتطویر التکنولوجی، وتحدید مداه وترسیم حدود الالتزامات المفروضة فیه، یُعد حجر الزاویة فی النمو والتطور الاقتصادی، لأن تحدید هذه الالتزامات یزیل نوعًا من الغموض والتضارب بین المصالح، عن طریق بیان الحقوق الواجبة لکل طرف حتى محاولة التوفیق بینهما، أو فرض حمایة بتحدید ضمانات تتلاءم مع جوهر عقد البحث والتطویر التکنولوجی، ولغرض دراسة الموضوع بکل دقة سنقسم هذا البحث إلى مبحثین، یُخصص الأول لتحدید أطراف عقد البحث والتطویر التکنولوجی، أما المبحث الاخر فسنوضح فیه التزامات أطراف عقد البحث والتطویر التکنولوجی
